And
you probably didn't even know you were on a diet, did you?

An acne diet consists of foods that trigger acne outbreaks. It
is acidic and toxic to you and your system. These foods are very
individual to YOU. You may have noticed that some of us can eat
all the pizza, greasy foods and carbonated beverages we want and
have clear skin.

Some of us eat very healthy foods and still have outbreaks. It
can only be the way our bodies react to the foods we eat.

Acne is a symptom of internal distress. You are stressing out
your internal organs, especially your liver, kidneys and lungs.

The pro acne diet consists of acidic foods such as meat, wheat
products, sugars and diary products - the normal America diet.
Almost anything that makes you body more acidic, makes it more
prone to acne outbreaks.

Most prescription medicines, food additives, food colorings and
flavor enhancers - and of course the teenager's wild hormones -
make the body acidic.

One of the common symptoms of your body being acidic/toxic is
acne or other skin problems. Rough dry skin, red patches, dry
flaky skin - all these are because your body is out of touch
with itself.

Acne happens to you when your liver, kidneys and bowels try to
process more waste and toxins than they can handle. When this
happens your begin to expel toxins through your skin and lungs.

This causes your natural skin oil production to go into high
gear. It can also cause your skin oil to be thicker which can
cause the pores to become blocked and lead to acne outbreaks.
Your skin becomes a very friendly and fertile place for the acne
causing virus and accompanying bacteria to flourish.

This is when the breakouts start.

The answer is to get your elimination system in order and to
make your skin a bit alkaline. This makes your body unfriendly
to acne and your skin clears up. I don't know why this works,
just that it does.

The way you accomplish this is an anti acne diet.

First - cut back on refined carbohydrates and sugar. They both
increase your production of androgens and sebum by taking
processing time, which slows your elimination of toxins.

Second - start drinking plenty of water as water is used to
expel the toxins in your system. Water will also thin out the
skin oil and allow it to travel through the pores without
clogging them. Lots of water will also help eliminate the toxins
on your skin.

These toxins get into the pores and the bacteria feed on them.
The next thing you know, you have a pimple.

You should drink at least two quarts of water daily.

Third - get plenty of fiber in your diet. Eat more beans,
apples, green vegetables and more bran. These help your colon
expel waste along with the toxins more efficiently.

Fourth - eat rich antioxidant foods. Foods like apples, oranges,
watermelon and almost any other fresh fruit. These will help
heal your skin and help it deal with the acne triggers.

Fifth - take a supplement of zinc. Zinc seems to help heal the
skin, along with vitamin E and A. The supplement should not be a
high dosage, just the normal recommended amount.

Sixth - try an omega3 supplement. I don't really know why it
works, but it seems to be a good long-term acne treatment, in
addition it is good for you.

Following an anti acne diet is not always easy, but will work.
By all means use Tea Tree oil and 2.5% Benzoyl peroxide on your
outbreaks. You will look and feel better for it.

But do follow an anti acne diet for the long run - it will make
you acne free.

Good Luck Nanci

Nanci is currently studying for her masters in electrical
engineering and is very methodical in her pursuit of being acne
free. If this helped you please check out
http://best.acne-cure.ever.com/ for more useful acne
information.

About the author:
I had acne throughout high school and collage and now I am going
back to college for my Masters and see people suffering just
like I did. I finally got the better of acne and am sharing
everything I can with fellow sufferers. I believe that not only
does acne affect us physically but can lead to devastating
social and mental issues later.

Weekly Guide to Hormonal Acne (The Dreaded Menstrual Breakout!)

Author: Shawn ClarkWilt

When skin care products fail to clear up your acne problems, it
is an indication that they could be a result of hormonal
imbalances. Below are some general guidelines on how to tell if
your complexion problems are hormonal:

- You
experience acne breakouts the week before your period, mostly on
the jaw line, chin and neck.
- Irregular periods and/or
excess hair on the face or body in addition to acne could signal
a hormonal disorder. Consult your doctor.
- Your skin
tends to feel much more sensitive during the fourth week of your
monthly menstrual cycle.

Keeping skin acne free
requires more than just diligent skincare. It is also a matter
of timing your skin care according to your monthly hormonal
surges. That is because monthly hormone fluctuations stimulate
the skin’s sebaceous glands to secrete oil. The more oil our
skin produces, the higher the possibility that acne problems
will arise.

THE HORMONAL CYCLE 101

Your cycle begins on the first day of your period and can
last anywhere from 21 to 40 days. In the first week after your
period, your estrogen level increases, helping to keep skin
clear (estrogen is the hormone that helps keep oil glands in
check). When ovulation occurs around day 14 of your cycle,
progesterone (another hormone) starts to surge and your
potential for acne blemishes increases and peaks, just days
before your period. That is when you will experience oily skin
and acne breakouts.

WEEK-BY-WEEK SKINCARE

Week 1 (The cycle begins on the first day of
your period)

WHAT'S HAPPENING: Hormone levels are
at their monthly low. Skin may appear dull or it could be
recovering from premenstrual acne flare-ups.

WHAT
YOUR SKIN NEEDS: Regular and gentle care.

- Use
mild cleansers that contain soothing ingredients like Aloe,
Chamomile or Green Tea. While washing, massage your face gently
with the pads of your fingertips. Try Youthful Essentials
paraben-free Facial Cleanser.
- Concealers are your skin's
best friends this week. Choose an oil-free one that contains
Salicylic Acid or Sulphur, which can help to unclog pores.
- Treat skin to a moisturizing or exfoliating mask. Left on
for 10 minutes, an exfoliating mask will remove any flakiness on
the skin and have skin lightening effects on a dull complexion.
The moisturizing element will provide much needed extra skin
hydration.
- Treat lingering acne blemishes with acne
treatment products that contain Salicylic Acid or Tea Tree Oil.
Try Diva Deva Acne Control Lotion
TIP: Do not skimp on your moisturizer. Hydrate your skin
regularly and choose moisturizers that are oil-free or
comedogenic.

Week 2 (The week after your
period)

WHAT'S HAPPENING: As estrogen levels are
rising, your skin condition is at its peak with a clear and
balanced complexion.

WHAT YOUR SKIN NEEDS:
Maintenance and prevention

- For most skin types,
ranging from normal to combination skin, this is a good time for
professional pampering. Since your skin is not overly sensitive,
you can get a simple gentle facial.
- If you have very
sensitive skin, do not go for facials as this may have the
effects of over-stimulating your sensitive skin and cause
further problems. Opt for a simple regimen that consists of a
mild cleanser, sunscreen, moisturizer and a good acne treatment
product (if you still experience acne breakouts during this
week).
- Keep using the same mild cleansers you used in
Week 1 and make sure that you keep your skin clean and fresh by
washing your face twice a day. There is no need to carry out
excessive cleansing as this may strip your skin of its natural
sebum.
- Exfoliate your skin with exfoliating products
that contain skin "sloughers" like Glycolic acid, Lactic acid or
Salicylic Acid. However, if your skin is extremely sensitive,
you should avoid using such exfoliating products as they may
further sensitize your skin.

TIP: Always remove
make-up before going to bed. Sleeping with your make-up on can
cause pores to clog and trigger acne breakouts.

Week 3 (Ovulation)

WHAT'S HAPPENING: While
your estrogen levels peak, progesterone surges. These hormonal
fluctuations cause oily skin flare-ups and acne breakouts.

WHAT YOUR SKIN NEEDS: Acne blemishes battling treatments
and moderate exfoliation.

- Keep skin clean and
fresh by washing your face twice a day with a mild cleanser, in
the morning and in the night. Use an alcohol-free toner to
deep-cleanse your pores.
- During other times, cleanse
skin by using water only. Water is the natural healer for skin
and can calm your skin without stripping your skin of its
natural sebum.
- During Week 3 and Week 4, bring
oil-blotting pads with you to mop up excess oil for a matte
complexion.
- Pamper your skin with products that prevent acne blemishes. They usually contain
Salicylic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Benzyl Peroxide, Chlorhexidine
and Tea Tree Oil.
- Use an acne clearing mask this week.
For normal skin users, the mask can be used 2 times a week,
while sensitive skin users should only use it once a week.

TIP: Resist the urge to squeeze your pimples. Apply a
warm washcloth to the pimples for several minutes and follow
with an antibacterial Benzyl-Peroxide or Chlorhexidine
product.

Week 4 (The week before your
period)

WHAT'S HAPPENING: Your estrogen plummets
while progesterone continues to surge. Your skin is at its
oiliest and painful pimples, bumps or acne cysts flare up.

WHAT YOUR SKIN NEEDS: Tender, loving care.

-
Keep skin clean and fresh by washing your face twice a day with
a mild cleanser, in the morning and in the night.
- During other times, cleanse skin by using water only. Water
is the natural healer for skin and can calm your skin without
stripping your skin of its natural sebum.
- Treat your
acne blemishes with spot treatments, in the morning and in the
night.
- De-clog your pores by using an acne mask at
least twice this week. Sensitive skin users should only use an
acne mask once a week.
- Look for foundations that
contain Salicylic Acid, which will help clear pores. Also make
sure that your make-up is labeled non-comedogenic so that it
would not clog pores.
- Stay away from any sort of skin
trauma this week. No waxing, laser treatments,
micro-dermabrasion and facials. You are bound to experience
extra discomfort on the acne affected areas if you do.

TIP: If the acne affected areas show no improvement and seem
to be getting worse, you should immediately consult a
dermatologist who can prescribe topical acne medication or oral
antibiotics.

About the author:
Spikes Spa Secrets
carries three lines of top quality skin care and anti-aging
products: Diva Deva, Youthful Essentials, and Pure Dead Sea
Minerals. Some people drink tea
as part of social interaction, and others drink it for their
health. Specific teas, such as black tea and green tea, have
been tested for their positive affects on people's health. And
studies have shown that these two teas can in fact benefit your
body. And not just by providing a little pick me up in the
morning either. Studies have shown that green tea can slow the
growth of cancer cells. Everyone should take notice of these
anti-carcinogenic properties, especially in an age of tremendous
pollution. Studies by the National Cancer Institute, in America,
have shown that powerful plant antioxidants within the tea will
stunt the progression of cancerous cells. The cancer preventing
properties of tea are just one of the wonderful properties of
the drink.

Black tea has been found to increase the presence of certain
anti-bacterial proteins in the body. Not just by a little bit
either, but a considerable amount. When compared to coffee
drinkers, tea drinkers actually had a concentration of disease
preventing protein that was 400% higher. Clearly, these are
significant health benefits to be had from drinking tea. The are
even more benefits though. Mental acuity can be increased as
well. A study of elderly people found that those who drink tea
actually reduce their risk of mental problems by half when
compared to people who don't drink tea. And the tea drinkers
only had to drink a couple cups a day to realize those amazing
benefits.

Green tea can help increase the rate at which calories are
burned in the body. The chemicals found in green tea allow the
body to more efficiently burn fat for energy. Evidence also
exist to show that drinking this type of tea can help the body
reduce chemicals associated with stress. While this tea
forestalls senility, it also more generally improves brain
functioning in all segments of the population. The caffeine
contained in green tea will help improve memory and give one
sharper thinking.

This tea also contains chemicals specific to plants that slow
down the growth of bacteria that cause bad breath. The health
benefits of drinking green and black teas are quite remarkable.
The same chemicals that slow bad breath can also help people
with certain bowel diseases. The bacteria limiting properties of
the tea helps ease the discomfort associated with such
complications. While there are obviously a myriad of health
benefits directly related to the physical properties of these
teas, there is also mental health relaxation that is associated
with preparing a warm beverage. Taking time out of your day to
prepare something that is nourishing to your body can really
allow you to calm down and retreat from the stresses of everyday
life. Learning about all the different types of teas can be
quite an enjoyable experience. Not only will you learn about the
disparate boiling techniques for each tea, but you will learn
each every tea's specific chemical properties.

About the author:
Research the wonders of tea ,and specifically green tea and
black tea

Set Your Snooze Control With Herbal Supplements

Author: Darrell Miller

Article:
Over one-third of adults say that they have symptoms of insomnia
over the course of any one year. Unfortunately, about 10-15
percent of adults struggle with chronic insomnia. Lack of sleep
can be traced back to too much stress, anxiety, caffeine, and
discomfort from a medical problem, depression, work shift
issues, or travel. For some people, insomnia presents itself as
trouble falling asleep, while others have trouble staying
asleep, and still others wake up too early. It all comes down to
the same thing, people aren't getting enough restorative sleep,
which leaves insomniacs feeling tired, irritable, and unfocused
all day.

Before pharmaceutical sleeping pills were on the market, herbs
were the treatment of choice to cure a restless night. As the
list of adverse effects to sleeping pills grows longer and
longer, herbal sleep aids are again becoming the option of
choice. Valerian has been known to give insomniacs better sleep
for more than 1,000 years as it eases stress and has been
scientifically documented for its sedative effect. Even better,
valerian is non-addictive and includes no morning hangover from
using it. A study on valerian extract found that the time to
fall asleep can be reduced to that of what prescription
sedatives promise. Earlier in the year, a similar study found
that the combination of valerian and hops shortened the time it
takes to fall asleep in a group of twenty-seven insomniacs from
what was almost an hour to just about twelve minutes. Chamomile
tea has a soothing, sedative effect and is still a pleasant
drink. Additionally, chamomile can be used for anxiety and to
soothe intestinal upset such as indigestion and heartburn. Other
mildly sedating herbs include lemon balm, catnip, passion
flower, and skullcap. Still other herbs to consider include
corydalis, which encourages feelings of relaxation, in turn
helping people to fall asleep, and lavender oil, which acts as a
great calming agent.

Green tea, which contains L-theanine, has a calming effect in
the body and also strengthens immunity. When feelings of anxiety
interfere with sleep, help can be found by taking L-theanine
about an hour before one's desired bedtime, as L-theanine
interacts with the brain receptors that are associated with
relaxation, therefore inducing a relaxed state of mind.

Serotonin also plays a huge role in sleep, while 5-HTP helps to
make this chemical. Studies have proven that by taking 5-HTP,
insomnia can be helped a great deal in terms of sleep quality
and longer REM sleep periods. About 100-300 mg of 5-HTP should
be taken before bedtime for most people. Since some people can
feel a little nauseous when first taking 5-HTP, starting with 50
mg for the first few nights and building up to higher doses is
advised. Some reports of vivid dreams and even nightmares have
been reported fro taking large amounts of 5-HTP and those people
who are taking anti-depressants should not take 5-HTP.
L-Tryptophan is an amino acid that is converted into serotonin
and has been proven to be a successful remedy for insomnia.
Although this supplement was unavailable for several years, it
is now back on the market.

Melatonin also plays an important role in regulating the body's
clock as it is secreted for several hours each night. People
with insomnia tend to have lower levels. Therefore, taking
supplemental melatonin, especially in a time-release form, an
hour or so before one's desired bedtime can help to get back
into a better sleep schedule. Lastly, magnesium can help resolve
sleep issues, especially in those people who have sleep problems
because of restless leg syndrome (RLS).

No matter what herbal supplement or mineral you decide to use,
always consult your health care practitioner before adding
vitamin supplements and herbs to ones diet while taking
prescription medication. The above mentioned herbal supplements
can be found at your local or internet health food store.

About the author:
More information on herbs and herbal supplements can be found at
VitaNet, LLC Health Food Store. http://vitanetonline.com/

What You Need To Know About Hoodia Gordonii

Author: Solomon Rosenstein

Article:
Hoodia gordonii (pronounced HOO-dee-ah) is also called hoodia,
xhooba, !khoba, Ghaap, hoodia cactus, and South African desert
cactus.

Hoodia is a cactus that's causing a stir for its ability to
suppress appetite and promote weight loss. 60 Minutes, ABC, and
the BBC have all done stories on hoodia. Hoodia is sold in
capsule, liquid, or tea form in health food stores and on the
Internet. Hoodia gordonii can be found in the semi-deserts of
South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, and Angola. Hoodia grows in
clumps of green upright stems and is actually a succulent, not a
cactus. It takes about 5 years before hoodia's pale purple
flowers appear and the cactus can be harvested. Although there
are 20 types of hoodia, only the hoodia gordonii variety is
believed to contain the natural appetite suppressant.

Although hoodia was "discovered" relatively recently, the San
Bushmen of the Kalahari desert have been eating it for a very
long time. The Bushmen, who live off the land, would cut off
part of the hoodia stem and eat it to ward off hunger and thirst
during nomadic hunting trips. They also used hoodia for severe
abdominal cramps, haemorrhoids, tuberculosis, indigestion,
hypertension and diabetes.

In 1937, a Dutch anthropologist studying the San Bushmen noted
that they used hoodia to suppress appetite. But it wasn't until
1963 when scientists at the Council for Scientific and
Industrial Research (CSIR), South Africa's national laboratory,
began studying hoodia. Initial results were promising -- lab
animals lost weight after taking hoodia.

The South African scientists, working with a British company
named Phytopharm, isolated the active ingredient in hoodia, a
steroidal glycoside, which they named p57. After getting a
patent in 1995, they licensed p57 to Phytopharm. Phytopharm has
spent more than $20 million on hoodia research.

Eventually pharmaceutical giant Pfizer (makers of Viagra) caught
wind of hoodia and became interested in developing a hoodia

drug. In 1998, Phytopharm sub-licensed the rights to develop p57
to Pfizer for $21 million. Pfizer recently returned the rights
to hoodia to Phytopharm, who is now working with Unilever. What
you need to know about hoodia

Hoodia appears to suppress appetite Much of the buzz about
hoodia started after 60 minutes correspondent Leslie Stahl and
crew traveled to Africa to try hoodia.

They hired a local Bushman to go with them into the desert and
track down some hoodia. Stahl ate it, describing it as
"cucumbery in texture, but not bad." She lost the desire to eat
or drink the entire day. She also didn't experience any
immediate side effects, such as indigestion or heart
palpitations. Stahl concluded, "I'd have to say it did work."

In animal studies, hoodia is believed to reduce caloric intake
by 30 to 50 percent. There is one human study showing a reduced
intake of about 1000 calories per day. However, I haven't been
able to find either study to actually read for myself and am
going on secondhand reports.

For more information visit:
http://www.beautyandhealthonline.com/product/overview/Hoodia_Gord
onii_Plus

About the author:
Solomon Rosenstein trained in Homoeopathy at The London College
of Homoeopathy between 1989-1992 and post-grad in 1994. The urge to look
young goes on increasing as the age starts overpowering you. As
the age starts knocking at your door the feeling to look younger
grows manifold. In today's society the aging is seen as a threat
and end to the charm of life.

Then people leave no stone unturned to look younger. They try
every method that boasts of giving them the youthful look on
their face. But few products and supplements are effective and can
slow down the aging process and make you look young and stay
healthy. For the purpose of staying healthy and in the pink of
the health, supplement the body with nutrients and antioxidants
and see the difference.

As the age increases the body produces less of what is required
to be healthy and young which results in marks and wrinkles,
loose skin, dullness and dark circle around the eyes.

The vitamins and antioxidants help replenishing and bring the
hormones and other vital elements, the body stops producing with
age.

The antioxidants play very important role in the anti-aging
process. The antioxidants attack the free radicals responsible
for aging, which in turn attack the body to create a stable bond
and in the process end up robbing us of our healthy cells that
can age us prematurely.

These fight with the free radicals and turn them into waste. In
this way the antioxidants help in removing the unhealthy cells
from the body and the body remains healthy. This process can be
initiated by regular intake in the form of fresh vegetables and
fruits, white lean meat such as turkey, fish or chicken.

In case you are not sure whether you are getting the required
amount of antioxidants from your daily diet consult a dietician
and take the necessary advice. Apart from regular intake of
antioxidants, there several other supplements that can be
purchased for those of us who wish to delay the aging process.

The antiaging oxidants extracted from the natural resources are
very beneficial. This antioxidant is easily
available and if included in the diet protects certain cell
membranes within the body from the free radicals.

Vitamin C: Vitamin has the great potential in keeping away free
radicals. It very well serves as the supplement and ample amount
of vitamin C is found in fruits and vegetables.

Green Tea: green tea has been found to be a very promising agent
and its use is very effective and the results found are
encouraging. If you begin to make a
conscious effort to include more of these super foods into your
weekly diet, and commit to understanding why they are good for
your body, then you will be living a healthier life inside your
body.

Of Course, you should know fresh and raw is best but, whether
canned, frozen, or minimally processed, it is far better to eat
them this way than not to eat them at all. Eating these health
enriching 'super foods' will help you look and feel your best,
and younger. They will, also, help you lose excess weight and
maintain it, reduce your risks of life long diseases, give you
longer lasting energy, and a feeling of full satiation after
eating them. So let's get started on some of the best super
foods you need to be eating to reach your healthy body goals.

What plant super plant food is good for helping to soften your
skin? Pomegranates.

Pomegranates are loaded with an antioxidant vitamin, vitamin C.
Plus, the juice from the seeds contain ellagic acid and
punicalagin. The first substance fights free radical damage; the
second substance may increase your body's ability to preserve
collagen. Collagen helps keep skin looking moist, young, and
soft.

What super plant food helps smooth fine lines in the skin?
Blueberries.

Blueberries have become notoriously known for their antioxidant
power. They have more antioxidants than almost any other plant
food. Blueberries help protect your skin, and acts as a natural
sunscreen to protect skin against sunburning, strengthens
overall brain functioning, and helps you fight emotional stress.

What super plant foods help firm skin, giving it more
elasticity? Kale and spinach.

These two veggies, and many others, have high levels of the
antioxidant vitamins A, C, D, E, and K. and other compounds
known as phytonutrients. These natural plant food substances
help guard against sunburning the skin, strengthen heart
(cardiovascular) health, and helps protect you from developing
cancer.

What cold water fish sources, also known as super foods, helps
keep skin, hair, and joints healthy and properly lubricated?
Sardines, salmon, mackerel, tuna, and other small ocean fish
species.

Do not care for the taste of fish? Well, you can still get your
omega-3s in smaller amounts in flaxseed, walnuts, almonds,
grass-fed beef and free range poultry meats and eggs. Omega-3
fats are great for sharp mental functioning, reduces risk of
developing heart disease, cancer, and lowers the risk of
developing behavior and mood disorders (depression).

What super plant food helps control brown age spots on the skin?
Green, black, and white teas.

These healthy brews contain a substance called catechins. This
phytonutrient helps prevent skin damaging sunburns. Another
substance found in green, black, and white tea leaves is another
phytonutrient known as polyphenols. This nutrient chemical may
possibly help to reverse, or prevent, brown age spots on the
skin.

Both of these phytochemicals have also shown to help protect us
against heart disease, cancer, and stroke.

Tea contains half the amount of caffeine than coffee. Black tea,
in particular, has been shown to improve oral mouth health. Teas
can be drank either hot or iced, and can be used as a flavoring
agent in marinades and other dishes.

What healthy fat oils help maintain a rosy skin glow? Olive oil,
coconut oil, and lean animal saturated fats such as grass-fed
beef and free range poultry meats and eggs.

Olive oil is mostly a monunsaturated fat. It also contains a
small amount of polyunsaturated fat, so do not over use it.
Extra virgin olive oil has a higher level of the antioxidant
vitamin, vitamin E. Olive oil also activates the secretion of
bile in the gallbladder, and regulates pancreatic hormones
better, and more naturally, than prescription drugs.
Consequently, it also lowers the incidence of gallstone
formation.

Coconut oil increases energy levels by boosting your metabolism.
It is mostly a saturated fat food source (60%), to a lesser
degree, it has a small amount of monounsaturated fat oil, and a
trace amount of polyunsaturated fat.

I would suggest cooking with both of these healthy fats,
alternating their use in specific dish recipes, for example;
coconut oil for stir frying and frying meats and vegetables,
olive oil for salad dressings and meat marinades.

Lean sources of poultry and animal fats come from mostly grass
fed, free range livestock. As mentioned earlier, these healthy
proteins and fat food sources are higher in omega-3s than
conventionally, mostly grain fed, meat sources. Omega-3s improve
blood circulation, leaving skin with a rosy, supple look and
feel.

What dietary fluid substance helps to better distribute all of
these healthy food nutrients to where they are needed throughout
your body? Why it is water, of course.

No other fluid solvent does this more efficiently than pure
water. Water will, also, carry away toxic body wastes, hydrate
all body cells, and consistently lower and maintain a more
desired body weight, naturally.

Would I kid you here?

No, I absolutely would not. After all, this is a chosen area of
serious passion for me. This strategy does work, and I might
add, eating more as nature had intended for us to eat has
brought me out of a state of ill health, to enjoy a much
healthier body and lifestyle today!

You can do it this way too, and be most successful at
eliminating, or easing, many different health challenges that
you are currently, and frustratingly, tolerating at the moment.
At the very least, it should make you feel better knowing that
you are actively trying to do something to improve your dismal
situation.

About the author:
Brenda Skidmore has actively spent the last four plus years
researching natural health care alternatives. She can attest to
the many positive results natural practical cures and preventive
strategies bring to human health. Along with the many medical
professionals whose public works she has studied, it is her
sincere desire to empower others by sharing this important
information. The "fight-or flight" response in your body
is involuntarily turned on and your nervous system signals your
adrenal glands to start pumping out stress hormones to get you
ready to either run away or turn and fight.

Your muscles tense, your heartbeat speeds up, and your breathing
becomes more rapid. You might feel like you are smothering, get
claustrophobic or experience an urgency to get away. On top of
that, you may get hot flashes, sweating, and/or chills and
trembling, plus numbness, tingling sensations, dizziness, and
nausea.

You become overwhelmed by an extreme sense of fear and impending
disaster and you lose your ability to think calmly and clearly
while experiencing a distorted sense of time and a feeling of
unreality.

In the face of a physical threat, accident, or natural disaster,
this type of response is normal and can be life-saving. But
panic attacks that occur unexpectedly in the presence of normal
events can be debilitating. They may happen with no forewarning,
at any time of the day or night, and last several seconds or
more than half an hour.

The triggers for panic attacks are unpredictable. Most panic
attacks are set off by some minor or major stressor. But panic
attacks also can be triggered by changes in emotions, or as a
response to certain drugs, foods, allergies (including hidden
food allergies), hypoglycemia, and illnesses.

A panic attack is an example of an acute anxiety disorder and
can affect teens to middle-agers and beyond. Women are reported
to experience panic attacks twice as often as men but some
believe that is only because men are more reticent to report
panic attacks.

Recent studies point to a complex set of causes and panic
attacks are regarded as a treatable psychobiological condition
(i.e. having both psychological and biological causes).
Successful resolution of panic attacks requires an integrated,
multi-modality approach.

Even though panic attacks are not a simple condition and there
are no simple answers for their successful resolution, herbal
therapy can be useful as part of an integrated, multi-modality
approach.

When you experience anxiety, your body releases a set of
neurotransmitters called catecholamines, which stimulate your
central nervous system and activate your sympathetic nervous
system. Sometimes your sympathetic nervous system (the high
alert part of your nervous system) can get stuck in the "on"
mode leaving you in an ongoing state of anxiety - a fertile
ground for panic attacks.

A class of herbs called nervines helps to turn off the
sympathetic nervous system by gently facilitating the
functioning of the parasympathetic nervous system - the part of
the nervous system that prompts relaxation - helping us to wind
down and come off "high alert".

It is a good idea to experiment with different anti-anxiety
herbs before you are in a crisis or panic situation. Try out
several herbs in varying doses. Start with a low dose and
increase if needed so that you will know how the herb affects
you and how to use it when you need it.

Some effective herbal nervines to consider using:

Oatstraw (Avena sativa) - the green milky tops of oatstraw
provide a wonderful soothing, nourishing and gentle herb for
frayed and stressed nervous systems. Oatstraw has a restorative
effect on an exhausted nervous system reliably strengthening the
whole nervous system after prolong stress. Oatstraw has both an
immediate effect (useful when experiencing extreme nervousness
and anxiety) and a more long-term restorative effect. Oatstraw
is well tolerated by even highly sensitive people and is used
for nervous debility, stress, weak nerve and energy force,
anxiety, depression, exhaustion, and general fatigue.

German Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla/ Matricaria recutita) -
an all time favorite -because it works. Chamomile tones the
nervous system, relaxes your muscles and calms nervous
digestion. It has mild sedating properties and is not as strong
an herbal sedative as valerian or passionflower. However,
chamomile is a great option for anxiety in children or teens and
for anxiety associated with mild sleep problems. If you are
allergic to ragweed, asters, or chrysanthemums you are better
off choosing another anti-anxiety herb.

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) -has mild sedative properties
and is useful in conditions of nervous agitation with sleep
problems and digestive complaints. Lemon balm is especially
useful for over-anxiety that causes digestive problems such as
nausea, bloating, and colic like pains. Traditionally lemon balm
was used to lift the spirits and encourage longevity. Lemon balm
is a relaxing tonic for anxiety, restlessness, irritability, and
mild depression and its actions will quiet the racing heart that
often accompanies anxiety. It has mild anti-thyroid effects and
is best avoided by people with hypothyroid problems.

Skullcap (Scutellaria laterifolia) -tonifies and relaxes the
nervous system and is useful for anxiety of all types especially
anxiety and irritability that is hormonally based such as
premenstrual syndrome. It is a sedative nervine and has mild
anti-spasmodic and anti-hypertensive effects. Skullcap is a
great herb to use when your anxiety is accompanied by a runaway
mind that is stuck on worry. It is tolerated well by most people
and has few side effects.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) - one of the most well known
anti-anxiety herbs, valerian is a potent herb whose active
ingredients, valepotriates, bind to benzodiazepine receptors in
the brain (similarly to the drug Valium). The use of valerian
does not, however, result in dependence or the development of
tolerance but instead tones the nervous system.

Valerian can be used to improve the sleep quality and relax both
the skeletal and smooth muscles. Valerian should not be used for
those with chronic exhaustion, adrenal fatigue, thyroid
disorders, and depression as it may increase anxiety, worsen
present symptoms, and/or result in excessive restlessness in
these conditions.

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) - a strong calming,
anti-spasmodic herb that is good for severe daytime anxiety.
Passionflower is also a good choice for middle of the night
waking terrors, nightmares, and the onset of sudden anxiety
feelings. It acts as a central nervous system depressant giving
a calming, relaxing and anti-anxiety effect and is specific for
anxiety related to insomnia, muscle tension, restlessness, and
nervousness due to worry, overwork, hysteria, or excessive
excitement. If you are taking an MAO inhibitor, you should avoid
taking passionflower except under supervision.

Stress Relief Tea

Here is a simple herbal tea mixture that I have found effective
in my private practice working with women having mood and energy
problems.

Mix together equal parts of the following dry herbs:

*Oatstraw

*Lemon Balm

*Skullcap

*Nettles

*Orange

*Chamomile

Use 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture and steep covered in 8 oz. of
boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

The use of herbal nervines as part of an integrative program can
help restore a sense of calm and well being, soothe distress,
stabilize a confused and overwhelmed energy system, and foster
clear thinking.

If you are taking anti-anxiety and/or anti-depressant
medications or other medications, have a diagnosed condition or
illness, are pregnant, breastfeeding, elderly or very young it
is important to consult a knowledgeable health care practitioner
before using herbs. A licensed physician should be consulted for
diagnosis and treatment of any medical conditions.

About the author:
Mary Ann Copson is the founder of the Evenstar Mood & Energy
Wellness Center for Women. There's good evidence, however, that its
many benefits had already been known to the elite for thousands
of years by then. In fact legend tells of a stray camellia
blossom, drifting on the breeze one day in 2737 BC, which found
its way into the Emperor Shen Nung's steaming drinking water and
quickly infused it with all the characteristic refreshment and
invigoration we associate with green tea.

So renowned did the benefits of green tea become that detailed
rules of etiquette for its correct consumption emerged,
culminating in the publication of Lu Yu's "The Classic Art of
Tea". This famous poet and Buddhist priest laid down strict
procedures for the preparation and serving of the perfect cup of
tea. The water had to come from a gently flowing stream and be
combined with leaves in a fine porcelain cup. And the resulting
brew of green tea was ideally to be drunk next to a lily pond in
the company of a beautiful woman.

Not surprisingly, given this kind of marketing, the popularity
of green tea spread rapidly throughout China in the centuries
following the publication of Lu Yu's work. "Rather three days
without food than a day without tea" became the saying, as news
reached the remotest corners of the vast empire. Books and poems
were composed in green tea's honour; Emperors gave particularly
prized samples as gifts, and the teahouse became a familiar
feature of countless cities, towns and villages.

So just what are the health benefits of drinking green tea? The
Chinese knew it from earliest times as an aid to good digestion
when consumed after a meal, stimulating the absorption of
nutrients from food; and it's since also become known as a
powerful anti-oxidant and detoxifying agent which can speed the
flushing of toxins from the body. But there's far more to green
tea than this.

Most importantly, leaves for green tea are steamed rather than
fermented, preserving the vital Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG)
compound. EGCG is just one of a number of catechin polyphenols
found in tea, but research suggests that it's a particularly
powerful anti-oxidant, the presence of which makes green tea
anything up to ten times more powerful than the more common
fermented (black) teas.

In fact, today's Western science is increasingly confirming the
health benefits long claimed for the consumption of green tea.
And as amazing as it may seem, EGCG and related compounds in
green tea appear directly to target the most common killer
diseases often attributed to western affluence and diet. Some
research, for example, has credited EGCG with the ability to
reduce total levels of cholesterol whilst at the same time
improving the ratio of "good" (HDL) cholesterol to "bad" (LDL)
cholesterol; thereby helping to protect against both heart
attacks and strokes - still two of the most frequent premature
killers in the Western world.

Some exciting Swiss research published by the American Journal
of Clinical Nutrition in November 1999 also suggests that green
tea may help with the increasing problem of obesity by prompting
the body to burn fat at a significantly increased rate.

But perhaps most excitingly, there's now evidence that green tea
may even help in tackling cancer. For example, in 1994 the
Journal of the National Cancer Institute published the results
of a study indicating that drinking green tea reduced the risk
of oesophageal cancer in Chinese people by almost sixty percent.
And University of Purdue researchers recently concluded that as
few as four or five cups of green tea a day may provide enough
EGCG to help retard the growth of tumours - and this without
apparent damage to surrounding healthy tissue.

Now if after reading all of the above you're just raring to add
green tea to your daily dietary regime I wouldn't blame you at
all. In fact I'd actively encourage you. But it's only fair to
give you the whole picture. And that means pointing out that the
consumption of large amounts of green tea could risk adding some
caffeine to your normal intake.

Let me put this in perspective though. A standard six to eight
ounce cup of green tea will contain between 30 and 60 milligrams
of caffeine. A similar size cup of coffee will likely contain
more than 100 milligrams. So just replace a couple of cups of
your normal coffee intake with your recommended four to five
cups of green tea and your caffeine intake's going to stay
level. But if you want to eliminate caffeine entirely then
caffeine-free green teas are now becoming readily available.

So you can enjoy all the benefits cited above without any of the
possible side-effects of caffeine, and with ever increasing
interest in the health promoting properties of green tea, new
benefits are coming to light all the time. Already for example,
the anti-oxidant (ie anti-ageing) qualities of the tea are being
applied to the manufacture of skin care products.

These applications may still seem a little far-fetched to you
right now, but in terms of your internal organism there's no
longer any doubt that green tea is truly one of nature's great
gifts - a very inexpensive but extremely valuable health
booster.

About the author:
Steve Smith is a freelance copywriter specialising in direct
marketing and with a particular interest in health products.
Find out more at
http://www.sisyphuspublicationsonline.com/LiquidNutrition/GreenTe
a.htm

Can I Experience Fat Loss With Tea?

Author: Matt Murren

Article:
Is it possible to experience fat loss by drinking a liquid tea?
According to some experts, the answer might be yes. For
centuries, tea leaves and the liquid that comes from brewing the
leaves, has been used to increase weight, and fat loss. Now,
some companies are attempting to bring that same thing back into
the current dieting market.

Diet products are one of the most lucrative markets in the
world, with billions of dollars spent every year on the newest,
and most improved dieting and weight loss products. Everyone it
seems is trying to find the newest, hottest, and best working
products. They will try pills, rubs, and scrubs but many seem
unaware of the fat loss that can be found by drinking a liquid
tea.

Ancient civilizations such as the Mayans and Egyptians
understood the miracles of drinking a liquid tea to experience
fat, and weight loss. These cultures brewed the tea leaves in
water, and drank the liquid which helped to promote fat and
weight loss. Some companies are now hoping that the same thing
can be used today to work the same way.

Tea is being used to promote fat and weight loss through two
ways; in pill form, and in liquid form. Certain companies are
adding the tea into a tablet form. Most of these pills also
include other products beyond the tea including herbs and
vitamins that aid in fat loss; the pills are then condensed and
taken with some form of liquid, usually a glass of water. These
pills are available over the counter, and some of the biggest
diet manufacturers in the world are producing products with tea
inside.

The other way tea is used to promote fat loss is by drinking the
liquid. Tea leaves, in particular green tea leaves are mixed
with water over a high heat, and brewed. The tea leaves are
extracted, and the remaining liquid drank to promote fat loss.
Some companies are beginning to market this towards busy people,
by taking all of the guesswork out of the process. Instead of
forcing the consumer, or shopper, to buy the leaves, and do the
process of brewing the leaves, they do all the work. The tea
leaves are brewed, the liquid extracted, and the finished
product placed in a can that touts the fat loss benefits of the
drink. The tea is sold in the diet aisle, as well as in the
refrigerated section of most stores. The tea is available in
both glass bottles, and aluminum cans.

Tea has been used for centuries to fat and weight loss,
especially in a liquid form. The tea works by increasing the
amount of vitamins taken in by the body, which lowers the need
for additional foods. In other words, the tea makes the body
feel full, lowering the need to eat other foods. Tea can also
increase the body's metabolism, which helps the body burn more
calories and burn calories faster. The end result is a liquid
tea that helps the body with fat loss.

About the author:
90% of weight loss diets fail..WHY?...It doesn't have to be that
hard. This is so EASY and IDIOT can do it.Click Here To Start Losing Weight Now!

Green Tea and Weight Loss Herbs

Author: Sandra Rouse

Article:
Various clinical studies have been made regarding the benefits
of green tea and its properties. Some believe that green tea
extract combined with other herbs that have weight loss
properties are extremely beneficial.

Weight Loss Herbs

There are a number of natural herbs that contribute to weight
loss. Gugulipid, sap from the mokul myrrh tree in India, has
been shown to augment the metabolic rate of the body and help
with thermogenesis, thus leading to weight loss. Gugulipid has
also been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects and to lower
cholesterol levels.

It is a fairly nontoxic product. Some side-effects are possibly
a mild skin rash or GI upset/diarrhea. Studies show that it does
not adversely affect liver or kidney function or blood sugar
levels in diabetic patients.

How to Maximize Weight Loss with Green Tea

A standardized weight loss herbal extract of green tea is needed
to maximize weight loss. There are several non-standardized
green tea weight loss products on the market. They are cheaper
but do not contain enough active green tea substances to have
any significant weight loss benefits.

You may achieve better weight loss results if you choose a
product that contains a rich blend of green tea, herbs,
minerals, and nutrients that aid in weight loss.

How to Buy a Green Tea Weight Loss Product

When buying a green tea product, determine if the manufacturer
of the green tea extract follows strict GMP compliance
standards. This is the manufacturing standard used throughout
the world. The GMP approval assures you that you are getting a
product of the highest quality.

Under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994,
herbal products such as green tea are considered dietary
supplements. This means that the success or effectiveness of
these products do not have a guarantee. You should not patronize
companies or manufacturers that claim 100% success in their
green tea products. Nose is
one of the body parts which are easily affected by the
environment. It is very important to take good care of your
nose. A common problem that affects everybody at any time is the
common cold. It is the most common of all human diseases. There
is no evidence that cold weather causes more colds. With or
without medication, the cold or the flu can give you real
trouble. Symptoms include sneezing, sore throat, sniffling,
blocked nose, scratchy, sore, coughing and tiredness. Because of
the large number of different cold viruses, the immunity is of
limited use. A person can therefore easily be infected by
another cold virus. The average adult has two to four colds per
year, but some people have less and others have more. Children
in school environments are exposed to more viruses and can have
as many as 12 cold per year.

The causes of common cold symptoms are well known. The infection
causes are dust, pollutions. A large number of different viruses
are believed to be causes of common cold. One of them, the
rhinovirus, can remain active on skin and other surfaces for as
long as three hours.

Preventing the common cold is a matter of practicing good health
habits and maintaining a healthy immune system. In order to
prevent or avoid a cold, try to avoid close contact with those
who have begun to show symptoms or an existing sufferers,
parents who are caring for a sick child should wash their hands
often. Hand washing removes the viruses, you are less likely to
become infected with them if you avoid touching your nose, face,
eyes, and mouth before you wash your hands with soap and water.
Bad habits such as nose-picking, sniffing, massage with hard
hand (rubbing), blowing the noses hard or stuffing things such
as tissue, and handkerchiefs up to the nostril can do a lot of
harm to your nose. Antibiotics neither kill viruses, nor shorten
the duration of viral infections. They are only effective
against bacterial infections. Antibiotics are ineffective and
should not be taken for common cold prevention. Good nutrition
obviously plays a role in overall good health. A diet that is
rich in fruits and vegetables, low in fats, oils and sugars are
recommended. In other words, a good daily multi-vitamin, in
addition to a well balanced diet, rich in fruits, vegetables and
whole grains can be good for a common cold and for overall good
health. If symptoms last for a few weeks, it is advised to take
a visit to the doctor.

There are some tips to get better from this problem. Foods that
make you feel better, like warm soups. Green tea can increase
energy and boost the immune system. The infected persons are
recommended to get plenty of rest, some experts recommend them
to take a lot of supplements of vitamins C or zinc and drink a
lot of water. Vitamins A, C, E and the mineral zinc are also
necessary for proper immune system function. It is also
important to follow the manufacturers recommended dosage. Fruit
juices may helpful. It helps the immune system get the vitamin C
that it needs to fight the infection.

If you have common cold, then you should save yourself to go
these areas in which dust and smoke exist. Your pillow may tend
to collect dust mites rapidly. That is why you might want to
consider buying an OCA Water Pillow. There are
systems within it for providing nutrients and for excreting the
toxins. Antioxidants play a major role in removing these toxins
from our body. Since they are so important in ridding us of
harmful waste, it is vital that we have some knowledge of what
antioxidants are, how they work and what kinds of foods and
dietary supplements can provide us with their health benefits.

Antioxidants are a group of enzymes, vitamins and minerals that
work to protect our bodies from forming free radicals. Free
radicals in the body are atoms or groups of atoms that cause
cell damage which impairs the immune system. Free radicals may
be formed in a number of different ways. They can be caused by
any number of bodily functions even the process of breaking down
fat cells into usable energy.

To better explain this, our bodies are similar to a car. Each
needs the proper fuel to perform to its peak. But just like the
engines in our cars, our bodies don't burn the fuel efficiently.
This poor conversion results in exhaust fumes in our car and
free radicals in our body.

Most commonly, the free radicals are missing an electron due to
some metabolic process. The negative atom attempts to correct
itself by pulling an electron from another cell. The damage
begins at that point and a chain of cells pulling electrons from
one another starts to form. As a result, this can lead to
infections and degenerative diseases such as heart disease,
diabetes and cancer. In addition, recent studies have shown that
damage caused by free radicals may be a major factor in the
aging process.

Other causes are cigarette smoke (even second-hand),
overexposure to the sun, exposure to radiation as well as
inhaling or ingesting any of the pollutants common in our air,
water and food chain.

Luckily, our bodies have a built-in weapon against this enemy.
Free radical scavengers, such as enzymes, are naturally produced
in the body. They seek out and bond with the free radicals. This
bonding neutralizes the destructive action that occurs in the
cells.

However, with the increased levels of toxins that we are
subjected to daily, the antioxidants that the body supplies may
fall short of the demand. Therefore, we might consider changing
our diet to increase certain foods and taking nutritional
supplements that will provide additional antioxidants for the
body to use.

As you have probably read in many popular magazines, vitamins A,
C and E have been found to act as very good antioxidants. Foods
that offer high levels of antioxidants are fruits and
vegetables, particularly the yellow-green vegetables. Stout

Article:
Green tea has become the miracle drink of recent years. It is
mentioned as a cure for everything from stomach trouble to
fatigue, from rheumatoid arthritis to tooth decay. People in the
Far East have been turning to green tea for various ailments for
centuries, so it isn't surprising that the beverage has become a
popular remedy worldwide.

Perhaps the most interesting claim of fans of green tea is that
it can be beneficial in the war against cancer. A 1994 study
published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute showed
that green tea lessened the risk of cancer of the esophagus in
Chinese subjects by close to 60 percent. In addition, a study at
the University of Purdue found that, because of its chemical
makeup, green tea can also reduce the growth of cancer cells.

Green Tea's Effects--More Than Skin-Deep

There is also evidence that green tea can be beneficial for your
skin. In an article on "Green Tea and Skin" published in the
Archives of Dermatology in the year 2000, Santosh K. Katiyar,
Nihal Ahmad, and Hasan Mukhtar discussed how green tea could be
effective in fighting skin cancer. Because of its composition,
green tea can prevent inflammation and cancer in the skin.

Still, you might be wondering how this is possible. In the data
examined by Katiyar, Ahmad, and Mukhtar, the polyphenolic
compounds in green tea were tested and found to provide
protection against cancer in mouse skin. In addition, some
successful experiments were conducted on human skin in the lab.
The analysis conducted by the author's shows that green tea
polyphenols have cancer-fighting properties.

As a result, it appears that green tea could be used
successfully in skin products to treat various skin disorders,
which could help immensely in the battle against skin cancer. As
Mukhtar stated, "Of all the antioxidants known to mankind, the
components of green tea are the most potent." Still, the authors
caution that additional study is needed to fully explore the
cancer-combating capabilities of green tea.

Why Green Tea is a Superior Disease-Fighter

Of course, you might be wondering why green tea might be
effective against skin cancer, when other types of tea are not.
While green, black, and oolong tea are all derived from the
Camellia sinensis plant, green tea is processed in a way that
helps to preserve its antioxidant nature.

That's because green tea leaves are steamed, preventing their
cancer-fighting compounds from being oxidized. As a result,
black and oolong teas are not nearly as effective in fighting
disease.

Taking a Closer Look at Green Tea

It might be helpful at this point to take a closer look at green
tea and its unique properties. Dr. Stephen Hsu, a scientist at
the Medical College of Georgia, has done extensive research on
green tea and its medicinal effects. Hsu has found that the
compounds in green tea known as polyphenols destroy free
radicals, which have been known to give rise to cancer because
of changes they make in DNA.

Essentially, the polyphenols kill cancer cells, while protecting
healthy cells.

Hsu and his research team compared the growth of normal skin
cells to the growth of cells that had been exposed to green tea
polyphenol. The researchers were surprised to learn that the tea
component rejuvenated dying skin cells. The reactivation was
limited to the epidermis, or outer layer of the skin. Still, Hsu
believes that the research will have a profound impact upon
various skin conditions.

A Green-Tinged Fountain of Youth

In addition to combating cancer, green tea could be effective in
treating a variety of other skin conditions, including ulcers,
psoriasis, rosascea, and hard-to-heal wounds.

As a result of such research, some have referred to green tea as
being a veritable "fountain of youth" for the skin. While
additional research is obviously necessary, the initial results
are incredibly encouraging.

In fact, Hsu has been working on developing skin products in
which green tea plays a significant role. In this way, Hsu has
found a way to apply his lab work to the cosmetic counter. It
appears that green tea is particularly effective in protecting
the skin from sun damage--a major contributing factor to skin
cancer.

The Future of Green Tea

Given the public's interest in alternative medicine, it would
appear that green tea will be increasingly used as an agent for
enhancing health. In fact, each year people turn to green tea
for its therapeutic benefits. Research on green tea's beneficial
effects on the skin appears to be particularly promising.

In fact, green tea may be revolutionary in its impact on skin
treatments. Not only might it lead to younger-looking skin--it
may also help to keep skin cancer at bay--which would be welcome
news to the fair-skinned and anyone who has a history of skin
cancer in their family.

Jon M. This is without the tannin.

This short brewing time results to a brew with a high level of
caffeine not related to tannin. If the tea is brewed for a
longer time about 4-8 minutes, the tannin as well as other
ingredients start to dissolve gradually. This results, however,
to a stronger brew.

Tannin has the ability to prevent or delay the caffeine from
being absorbed quickly in the stomach or intestines.

It has been found that this delayed effect can stretch the
cumulative effect of caffeine to 10-12 hours with frequent,
daily tea-drinking.

So, if you want a more stimulating effect of a black tea or
green tea, consider a short brewing time and if you only want a
slightly stimulating effect, have a longer brewing time.

The caffeine of a tea can be reduced by pouring a little boiling
water over the amount of tea to be used and then sieving this
off after half a minute.

When not consumed in excess, tea can have a stimulating effect
but not irritating unlike other beverage. This stimulating
effect does not raise blood pressure. However, an excess intake
of caffeine can cause an increase in blood pressure.

A recommended amount of tea to use is a maximum of one level
teaspoon per cup of tea leaves with a longer brewing time about
4-6 minutes. This can be consumed naturally without the use of
artificial sweeteners or sugar.

A tea left for a shorter time only results to a milder brew.

About the author:
Mary Rose Antonio invites you to learn more about the benefits of green
tea, organic green
tea, assam black
tea.

Wow, Green Tea is Amazing!

<span style="position:relative;
