Green Tea is Excellent for a healthy life!

has a 4,000 year old history and the Chinese have always sworn by their benefits.
Experts have been skeptical about their benefits, until they did the research and saw for themselves the results. For example, a study was done that showed a regular diet consisting of green tea
reduced the risk of esophageal cancer by about 60%, if that wasn’t enough, it also reduces your cholesterol. Of course, the Chinese already knew this.

contains EGCG which makes it difficult for cancer cells to multiply and even kills the bad cells without harming the good.

is rich in vitamins and low in carbs, it’s perfect.

does contain caffeine which may or may not be something you want. That said, just remember that the caffeine count is significantly less than coffee and other teas.

a day but if that seems impossible, they do sell green tea in capsules.
